Biting in…these have a good depth…the pastry is salty and rich. Very, very good thickness, and an even bake.

And just look at the volume of mincemeat. Top of the class so far this year.
These really are excellent, and are highly rated by the Christmas magazines. I can see why. Just a smidgeon of booze away from taste perfection…
